Service Agreement
Maintenance of all your alarms and other security equipment such as Intruder Alarms, Door Entry Systems, CCTV, and Access Control are important to ensure that high performance is maintained and security will not be compromised. We offer 3 types of service agreement as shown in the table below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Callout Charges : Special Notes
With 3 Star and 2 Star, engineer call out charges are included except in the case of where the system has been damaged by users or third parties or as a call out due to customer miss-operation. Nor are charges included if the system has been damage due to fire, storm, flood or act of God.
Depending on your systems, our engineers will be happy to recommend a suitable maintenance package that will suit your home or your business. Shef-Guard’s Alarm Systems are easy to use, and the equipment is of a high standard with a proven track record for performance and reliability. Once the new alarm installation is complete you will be issued with an NSI Certificate of Compliance. Any information related to you and your security system is retained completely confidentially and governed by the Data Protection Act.
